OIP-1 Adding of functions to Aquafarm

Hey Octonauts,

We want to engage our community as much as possible, that's why we’re now letting you decide on the upcoming update for Auquafarm. We have several ideas but know we can achieve far more by learning what you want first.

All updates we provide, and everything in terms of development, will be open source on GitHub. (https://github.com/octofi)

Our key guidelines for development:

• Fully open source
• Avoiding centralized server instances
• Hosting on Github (soon over alternative mirrors as well)
• Frontend as simple as possible (HTML / CSS / JS)
• Database (Ethereum Smart Contracts)
• Test as much as possible and only deploy products that you like to use (DAO decisions preferred)
• Documentation (yeah we actually need to improve, sorry)

Funding required: Nil - free development by Core Devs
