OIP-5 Adding of Uniswap liquidity

Hey Octonauts,

After the successful liquidity add from OIP-04, we still receiving an increasing number of requests from the community to add more liquidity to the Uniswap Pool. We want to follow the requests and ask that you vote on this decision.

Benefits of more Uniswap liquidity:

• Traders with deeper pockets would be encouraged to join
• Easier to make larger trades with lesser price impact

Disadvantages :

• Once add to liquidity pool it’s harder to take out
