Can OCTO be listed on Kucoin or FTX?

A proposed listing on Kucoin/FTX CEX.

As far as I like decentralisation, the current state of the ERC-20 network simply does not support it in optimal form. Many aspects are already possible and with EIP1559 & ETH 2.0 coming hopefully later this year some if not all the issues should be fixed. But the topic for me is liquidiy now, if we want to let OCTO be known for the masses we need to make it accesible for the masses.

That's why I propose to use some of the octofunds to fund implementation in a major CEX (Kucoin)/(FTX). With good liquidity and overal solid customer service this will make it more efficiënt for smaller players (retail) to purchase octo on a TRUSTED exchange. Increased liquidity will also be good for the price & octo in general.
