OIP-7 CEX Listing in Octobrrr

Hey Octonauts,

After our successful voting on OIP-2, (https://snapshot.page/#/octofi/proposal/QmcTFXc7U8114JVCRrBmCTzkrTzqi5RKtk16wrKksLcfjY) We allocated 20.000 USDC for CEX listing and submitted requests to some of the most famous CEX providers in the crypto space.

Benefits of CEX Listing:

• Lower fees for trades and instant settlements
• Users who are on the fence are encouraged to join
• Increase of liquidity
• Less tech-savvy people are able to trade (DEX UX/UI Problem)

Disadvantages :

• Centralized Exchanges are more vulnerable to hacks or regulation (KuCoin, BitMax)
• You not owning the $OCTO on that exchange (Private Keys)
