About Jake Hamilton • Extensive Development Experience: Jake is a seasoned developer with a strong background in Urbit, Bitcoin Core, and Lightning development. • Groundwire Lead: Jake is currently leading the Groundwire project, which explores innovative integrations between Urbit and Bitcoin, such as attaching comets to Bitcoin sats for identity purposes. • Collaborative History: He has worked closely with Tirrel and other notable members of the Urbit community in the past. • Longtime Urbit Contributor: Jake has been involved in the Urbit ecosystem for many years and has consistently demonstrated his commitment to its growth and success.

Value to Octu Jake’s deep technical expertise, hands-on leadership in pioneering projects like Groundwire, and extensive network within the Bitcoin and Urbit communities make him a highly valuable addition to Octu.
