Ryan Kneer (~master-malwyl) Member Proposal

Ryan is a long-standing galactic senator and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Urbit Foundation. He brings deep experience in digital asset trading and has consistently demonstrated sound judgment and long-term commitment to the ecosystem.

Given his leadership role, strategic perspective, and operational experience within Urbit, Ryan would be a strong addition to Octu. He has already completed KYC requirements and is ready to participate.
