I propose ~disten-talhes for membership. He has been an active participant in the Urbit ecosystem for several years and is widely recognized as one of the most creative and memetic voices in the community.

While ~disten-talhes has chosen to remain pseudonymous publicly, he understands that full KYC will be required for membership and is prepared to comply.
