Marketplace v4 + ERC20 Test - Mainnet + Poly + BSC + EWT+MOVR

This is a test ballot for validating if all of the following Ocean token locations, should be accounting for voting power. Marketplace-v4 strategy => Poly + EWT+MOVR ERC20 tokens => Mainnet+Poly + BSC + EWT+MOVR

Note: ETH mainnet is not working at the moment due to an issue we're debugging. BSC has no assets to test against at the moment.

If you have OCEAN tokens in any of the systems + chains mentioned above, they should count for voting power.
