The Sandbox Land Plot Purchase

Community Wallet Proposal #1:

We purchase The Sandbox land plot using community wallet funds (pricing range 3-5 ETH at today's market prices) that is locked in a Community Vault forever and considered a property of OGMC community as a whole. Everything that happens to the plot in future will be decided by OGMC community via decentralized voting where each Gal NFT is One Vote and decisions will be executed by the Team at the beginning and later on by multisig wallet owned by most trusted community members.

The Sandbox Plot features:

• As a land owner we are entitled to create various activities and experiences using The Sandbox tools.
• We will also be able to stake $SAND to mine Gems, that are advertised as a super valuable resource.
• All the yield of the land will be owned by OGMC community.
• Team will stake their own $SAND to start off the Gem Rush, but will also create a way for community to seed additional $SAND if community chooses to do so.
• The Sandbox land is expected appreciate in price long term.
