Please vote to either, 1) keep the deadline for growth as is (Dec 15th), or, 2) Extend. If the choice to Extend wins, we will immediately hold a second vote on duration of the extension with two choices: Extend 2 weeks to Dec 31st, or Extend 4 weeks to Jan 14th 2022.
