Growth Extension Duration

As stated pre-voting, there will now be an immediate vote on how long to extend - the two choices are 2 weeks to DEC31 2021, or 4 weeks to Jan 15th 2022. THESE WILL BE THE FINAL VOTES ON THE DEADLINE - it was resolved that those would be the only options and this matter will not be up for vote again. The proposal to extend was based on having a naturally fitting end of year terminus that was within shouting distance of the original freeze date - the second option for Jan15 was to provision for people being afk for the holiday season. But the project must move on at some point in order to fulfill its roadmap.
