Merging the Crystals DAO and LIOM DAO to create a united OG.Art DAO.

OBJECTIVES:

Given that both DAOs are part of the same community, it makes sense to create a single, unified DAO, DAO Board and Constitution. This would simplify decision-making and streamline management processes. This will also ensure greater cohesion and alignment among community members, facilitating more efficient decision-making.

As part of this process, the treasury wallets of both DAOs will be transferred to the ownership of the new unified DAO. But funds will stay in separate wallets to track the revenues from each project separately.

Decisions about the use of specific assets will be subject to a vote that only owners of corresponding tokens may participate in. This ensures that the interests of token holders are taken into account, and will help to create transparency and fairness in the decision-making processes.

The holders of the Heterosis Flowers and future NFT collections will also become a part of this new, unified, OG.Art DAO.

THE PROCESS:

If the proposal is accepted by the majority, the following actions will take place:

A new United Constitution will be created, based on the constitutions of the Crystals and the LIOM DAOs.

The annual term of the OG:Crystals DAO has already come to an end. So the LIOM DAO Board will become the OG.Art DAO Board for a year.

A new OG.Art DAO Snapshot page will be created, and will be set up for holders of these three collections: OG:Crystals, LIOM, and Heterosis.
