💠Preservation and Support of Snark.art and OG.art Collections💠

Voting ended about 1 year agoSucceeded

Dear DAO Members,

We have reached a pivotal moment in the journey of Snark.art and OG.art. After thorough deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to close operations. Our primary focus now is to ensure the long-term preservation and legitimacy of the collections we’ve built, safeguarding their value and technical integrity for the community.

To achieve this, we propose transferring the responsibility for supporting these collections to the DAO. Your vote is essential to decide whether the DAO will allocate funds for the proposed actions.

❇️ Proposed Actions for Your Vote: One-Time Fund Allocation for Migration

Approval of a one-time allocation of funds, with a maximum cap of $13,200, to facilitate the migration of the collections.

✴️ Monthly Support Budget Authorization of monthly expenses totaling $337 to cover ongoing server and engineering support for the collections.

💲 Financial Context: The DAO wallet currently holds 36.15 ETH (~$112,101). At the proposed rate of $337/month, the collections can be supported for approximately 24 years at current ETH values. ⌛ Potential growth in ETH value and advancements in technology may further extend this support timeframe.

🧾 Voting Instructions: You are voting Yes or No on whether to allocate funds from the DAO treasury for the proposed actions.

✔️ A Yes vote approves the one-time fund allocation and the ongoing monthly support budget. ❌ A No vote rejects the proposal, and no funds will be allocated for these purposes.

Your decision will shape the future of the OG.art collections and ensure their continued preservation. We deeply value your engagement and commitment to this community.

Thank you for your consideration. 🙏
