Bc network

I have a proposal that since it is called a btc commemorative coin, it should look like a commemorative coin. To build the original btC network, you don't have to be too luxurious, just keep the original btC code. Everyone can create a btC account with an ETH account. Moreover, the miner's fee can be deducted from the 2% tax. You can run it on the computer, and the bc coin obtained can be transferred to the ETH network. ( There are 51% attacks on the network, and the computing power is not strong and easy to be attacked. We only need to establish a btC original network, turn on the computer to keep accounts, and deduct 2% taxes and fees.)
