Whale Group Formation

Do we, or do we not want a whale group being formed?

The Whale Group is simply a telegram channel for holders of 50,000 $BC or more (approximately $10,000 worth of BC at current market cap)

This telegram group is simply for discussions between the larger holders of $BC, they will not get information earlier than the rest of the group - it's just a smaller telegram group where feedback can be gathered quickly.

An example of this might be if we need funding for a CEX exchange, these are the individuals that would need to contribute the most to get listed, as the listing also benefits them the most in terms of liquidity + price movement on their holdings. If we put this to a vote for the whole community and it didn't pass, it doesn't look great and may attract fud / negative price action. However if we can get a quick idea that people are going to want to contribute for this, then it would likely pass and we can poll it.
