Description

Kirby Artist Outreach Task Force (KAOTF): Working group designed specifically to gather artists to the discord both from web3 and web2 space and to help spread the message about what omgkirby is. It comes with its own unique set of roles and reward structures.

Deliverables/Goals

1. Cold Contacts : Artists from instagram, soundcloud, twitter etc. WG members will contact artists with customized copy, and record those on spreadsheet at a rate of .005 ETH/100 contacts
2. Warm contacts: WG members will talk with, fellowship, and convince artists from any other spaces to join the discord Both the artist and the WG member will be entitled to a PFP with discretion. Artist Pathway
3. WG members will talk with artists and convince them to join the Artist Pathway for potential collabs : https://airtable.com/shrfOwlRRUikRV1uZ Form will have a section where they say who referenced them Revenue from collaborations used will be split between the Artists Equally, with a small portion 10% split between the DAO and WG member who recruited the Artist

1 eth to payout for contacts 50 reserved pfps for personal handouts to any artists that choose to onboard on semi active basis minimally

Main Concerns

Retention is a big focus, getting artists to not only plug into and collabing with omgkirby, but also other artists. Omgkirby has a lot to offer, and we need to not only do a better job broadcasting that, but creating a space where collaboration happens between artists to convince artists to stay and engage in the discord.
