This proposal covers the proposed compensation for the Community Manager & Moderators of omgkirbydao during Q1 2022, starting with the launch of the project on January 27, 2022, thru March 31, 2022.

Moving forward, this will become part of the larger Session budgeting, but because we have existing contributors who need to be compensated for the last month of work, this will be handled ad-hoc.

We pulled this template from fwb's bi-monthly budget votes, so want to make sure we give credit where it's due.

Conclusion

The total Q1 cost for community management is 7.341249ETH or $21,531. This covers both the cost of the Community Manager, who has not been compensated yet, as well as three part-time Moderators.
