Summary

This proposal covers the proposed compensation for the Community Manager & Moderators of omgkirbydao during the remainder of Session, from April 1st, 2022 to May 30th, 2022.

In addition, for Session 1, we're going to include a small amount of ETH the Community team can use to run contests, giveaways or reward active community members. This ETH will remain in the multisig wallet until it is sent to a community member.

Conclusion

The total cost for the remainder of Session 1's community management is 4.5ETH or $15,714. This covers both the cost of the Community Manager, who has not been compensated yet, one part-time Moderator & our new Community Fund.
