OmniFusion Vote #1: Coupling & Decoupling of mask pieces during fusion

The current vote is whether to couple mask piece color + shape during fusion, or count mask color and shape as separate traits.

Fusion will use Fusion Catalyst tokens, which will be airdropped to holders. One fusion catalyst token will make the holder eligible to transfer 1 trait during fusion. Fusion Catalysts are also burnt during the fusion transaction.

Holders will get either 1 or 2 Fusion Catalyst tokens airdropped to them for each Omnimorphs they hold, depending on the outcome of the vote.

Also, based on the results of the vote, the maximum transferrable trait limit will either be 4 or 6.

Note: Only the coupling of mask traits is voted on here, doesn't affect clothes and background color + shape + pattern, which will still be separate traits.

Summary of the options:

Option 1: Decoupling Mask color and mask shape count as separate traits during fusion, meaning, only color and only shape too can be transferred onto the fused token. More severe limitations are used for this option, as it gives significantly greater freedom for creating mask combinations.

Max transferrable trait number: 4 Fusion catalysts: 1 / Omnimorph

Pros: More freedom to mix and match mask pieces More 8/8 sets can be created this way

Cons: Might be too easy to create 8/8 sets Rarity distribution can change very drastically Visual diversity of the collection might not be preserved

Option 2: Coupling Coupling mask color and shape traits essentially mean, that only full mask pieces can be transferred during fusion. Color and shape do not count as separate traits in the fusion. More catalyst tokens will be allowed for this option, as it limits the mask fusion combinations, but will leave greater freedom for holders to customize the clothes and background of their tokens.

Pros: Creating sets is more of a strategic endeavor 8/8 sets will still be quite rare Effects on the rarity distribution are slightly less severe More is preserved of the collection's original visual diversity
