Fractional.Art Reserve Price

With the first snapshot approaching, the community needs to decide on a reserve price for the Genesis Vault on fractional.art.

For those of you who are not familiar w/ fractional.art, essentially the active pixel owners will own a share of the vault, represented by ERC20 tokens. While these tokens can be traded on Uniswap, they can also be used to adjust the reserve price, and in the event of a buy-out, can be redeemed for ETH from the sale. To clarify, the auction will begin when a bid is made on a vault, which is greater than or equal to the reserve price.

The genesis vault will contain NFTs of the following:

1. JPG of Genesis Grid (Full grid @ block the 1024th pixel was minted)
2. GIF of the creation of the genesis grid
3. JPG of the dead pixel snapshot
4. GIF of the dead pixel
