Should we burn all 763.085M tokens in the multisig?

Things have been very slow with the token and on Optimism in general. Its been over 2 months and we still haven't heard back from Velodrome team. Sadly they gatekeep projects so that means we can't follow up on bribing which was always our intention.

$OPC was seeded by 6,000 $OP from Optimism airdrop 3 and liquidity was burned. It was always a community coin, and our way of giving back to the NFT community. If this proposal passes than ALL of the 75% of the supply in our multisig will be burned and the token will become deflationary memecoin! We will still support OPC but only as a memecoin, the community will continue to exist and early supporters will be rewarded for holding!
