OCP-2: Voting Process

ABSTRACT

This proposal presents the voting protocol for the Open Campus DAO as detailed in OCP-1.

MOTIVATION

The Open Campus DAO, a decentralised entity, is driven by its community. All EDU token holders must have an open and fair mechanism to express their perspectives and participate in decision-making that shapes the trajectory of the DAO. The voting process has been designed to ensure equality and transparency, enabling all EDU token holders to participate in decision-making.

This OCP implementation is administered by the Open Campus Foundation. Implementation may be immaterially or materially altered to optimise for security, usability, to protect EDU holders, and otherwise to effect the intent of the OCP. Any material deviations from an OCP, as initially approved, will be disclosed to the EDU holder community.
