To oversee future operational expenditures related to Capy Friends collection development, including potential spin-off collections or assets

Oversight of the Capy NFTs treasury collection
Seeking a perpetual license from the Open Campus Foundation to use the Open Campus logo in all Capy Friends announcements and marketing collateral
Proposing that Capy Friends grants a license to the OC Foundation to use Capy IP, including the logo and characters, in any of the Foundation’s marketing and product initiatives
To enhance the decentralized network of stakeholders within the Open Campus ecosystem, an agreed portion of EDU will be distributed to all Capy Friends NFT holders, empowering them to engage in upcoming governance.
We propose a 12-month renewal period, contingent upon mutual agreement, for the continuation of all Capy Friends initiatives and collaborations with Open Campus Foundation. During this period, both parties can negotiate and adjust the terms as necessary, ensuring alignment with evolving goals and market dynamics.
