[OIP-1] Integrate Aboard Exchange Perp. Trading SDK on OpenOcean

Aboard team proposed that OpenOcean can integrate Aboard Exchange’s trading SDK to offer perpetual trading functions.

Aboard Exchange is the leading order book DEX on Arbitrum and Avalanche, allowing retail and institutional traders to trade perps with 0 gas fees, deep liquidities, and high efficiencies. We currently offer 16 pairs of token perpetuals, index perpetuals, and synthetic assets perpetuals.

Diversify trading products and offer perpetuals on OpenOcean Shared liquidities with Aboard Exchange Multi-collateral trading functions: supporting USDT, USDC, WBTC, and ETH as collaterals or trading fees. Ecosystem support, including marketing and financial incentives.
