Should Babes move to Arbitrum?

We applied for a base grant -- but never got it. Without funding it will be high risk to launch there. I have been very active in their discord and reaching out to their leaders on twitter but no response, and they even deleted the NFT section. Coinbase is now being investigated by the SEC. Should our next collection move to Arbitrum? This would allow us to give the community more clarity on a launch date since Base L2 does not even exist yet.
