Distribute Respect for breakout room 1 of meeting 33?

During event 33 only 2/4 participants submitted break-out room results, which means that there is technically not enough submissions according to the current rules.

This is a proposal to distribute Respect, according to what the participants agreed during the event before Jacob identified an issue with his rainbow wallet as a whole and an attempt for the group to submit with an alternative address for Jacob as Level 6.
