Distribute Respect for breakout room 1 of event 47?

During event 47 the room didn't reach consensus at the event and continued reaching consensus over the upcoming days in Telegram. This is a proposal to distribute Respect according to what the majority of participants voted for each level by Nov 19th. The names of participants and their addresses are listed below:

We were testing out the new Fractalgram app and it took longer to create accounts and set up the room. There was a bug with the newly-built Fractalgram Respect Game version and we had to go through the Telegram version of Fractalgram which caused some delay during the event. This is the main reason to continue to reach consensus in the Telegram group, although this took a while due to delays in response and a coincidence of time with the beginning of the Optimism Fractal autumn break.
