This proposal stems from extensive community dialogue at our recent events and aligns with the accompanying proposal to transition to a biweekly event schedule. Purpose

As we enter 2025, Optimism Fractal is positioned to significantly expand its impact across the rapidly growing Superchain ecosystem. These updates optimize our coordination infrastructure while positioning us for a new phase of growth - one where our proven tools for democratic coordination can serve more communities, our Respect Game can evaluate more builders' contributions, and our processes can scale alongside Optimism's evolution.

These refinements align with Optimism Season 7's focus on interoperability and ecosystem-wide collaboration, while creating space for broader implementation of our fractal coordination tools, events, and other products/services. 2. Event Schedule Evolution: Adjust intents in accordance with the proposal to transition to biweekly cadence while maintaining weekly Respect Games through coordination with Eden Fractal, optimizing our ability to serve the ecosystem.

3. Contribution Prompt Enhancement: Evolving our core question to align with a biweekly schedule, emphasize ecosystem growth, and better synergize with our fractal nature.

4. Consensus Process Updates: Adapting our democratic coordination processes to support biweekly operations while preserving the proven consensus mechanisms of the Optimism Fractal Council.

Rationale: Removes redundant terminology while maintaining clarity about our mission. The Superchain encompasses Optimism's expanding ecosystem of networks, making "Optimism Superchain" unnecessarily repetitive.

2. Event Schedule Evolution

Current: "Respect Game meetings happen weekly"

Proposed: "Respect Game meetings happen biweekly"

Rationale: Enables deeper ecosystem engagement while maintaining community momentum through coordination with Eden Fractal (as described in the proposal to change our event cadence). This change creates space for enhanced event preparation, broader outreach across Superchain communities, and accelerated development of our coordination tools.

3. Contribution Prompt Enhancement

Current: "What did I do this week to help Optimism?"

Proposed: "What did I do to grow Optimism over the past two weeks?"

Rationale: This evolution:

• Aligns with our biweekly cadence
• Emphasizes active ecosystem growth rather than just support
• Reflects 2025's focus on expansion
• Strengthens connection to our fractal nature
• Better captures the transformative potential of builder contributions

4. Consensus Process Updates

Proposed: "Every two weeks, during Respect Game meeting, a poll is created for participants to register to take part in the consensus process of Optimism Fractal over the next two weeks..."

Rationale: These precise updates maintain our democratic coordination principles while adapting to biweekly operations. The council formation process remains fundamentally unchanged, simply operating on a biweekly rather than weekly schedule.

Note: While this proposal suggests biweekly council operations to align with our event schedule, we remain open to community feedback about maintaining weekly council activities if preferred. This can be addressed through future proposals based on implementation experience.
