\Celebrating Our Season, Reviewing Proposals, and Planning Together for Next Season

For our final Optimism Town Hall event of Season 3, I propose we dedicate our session to celebrating our collective achievements and collaboratively planning our future growth. This special event will provide space for reflection, celebration, and important discussions about upcoming proposals that will shape our next season.

Season Celebration & Reflection

As we conclude Optimism Fractal Season 5 and Optimism Town Hall Season 3, we have extraordinary accomplishments to celebrate. Together, we've:

• Created over twenty insightful videos documenting our journey
• Fostered dozens of collaborations between builders across the Superchain
• Successfully operated ORDAO as our executive branch throughout the season
• Maintained consistent Respect Games every other week
• Built a vibrant, engaged community ready to scale further

These achievements directly fulfill our core intents: fostering collaboration, awarding public goods creators, and optimizing governance on the Superchain. While we're still in our early growth stages, we've established strong foundations for substantial expansion in the coming seasons.

Discussion of Proposed Governance Changes

During this Town Hall, we'll discuss three proposals that emerged from our collaborative conversations at last week's event (OTH 37: "Optimism Fractal Seasonal Rhythms"). One proposal has been formally submitted and is now approved by the Optimism Fractal Council:
