Optimism Fractal's Core Intents

I’m thinking about making a proposal to change our core intents to “Optimism Fractal is a community dedicated to fostering collaboration, awarding public good creators, and optimizing governance in the Optimism Collective and Superchain”.

This introduces a few changes from the current version which is “Optimism Fractal is a community dedicated to fostering collaboration and awarding public good creators on Optimism.”
