What have you done in Season 3 to help Orange DAO and its members? (300 words max.)

I have served on a DAO committee every season. In S3, I'm currently a member of the Treasury Committe, making strategic decisions for the DAO. I also oversee tax preparation and compliance. I have set up vesting contracts with Orange Startup Liquifi. I have drafted the Season 4 budget that PCOM will collaborate on. I onboarded new accountants (Kranz) and tax preparation service providers (Moss Adams), going back through every on- and off-chain transaction that DAO has had since inception so that our accounting is air tight.

What would you like to do in Season 4 to help Orange DAO and its members as part of the position you are applying for? (300 words max.)

In Season 4, we will move more activities on-chain by testing more financial software from Orange Startups to streamline further and decentralize the DAO finances. This includes payments, vesting contracts, and invoicing. We will increase the spead of payouts of earned Orange and show our members that this DAO is the rocketship they have been looking for. We will maintain compliant finances, provide weekly and monthly financial updates visible to all DAO members, and file taxes as needed. We will look for ways to reduce costs and improve the member experience by reducing overhead and hurdles of giving and getting compensation.

What makes you the best candidate for the chosen position? (300 words max.)

I have served on every DAO committee. As a general partner of the fund with a 10-year fiduciary commitment to our LPs, I am all in on Orange DAO. Since the fund will transfer 100% of the carry to Orange DAO, if the DAO is not successful, then the fund cannot be successful. I am a dedicated person willing to grind on the tactical actions required to make Orange DAO even more successful, in addition to exercising strategic leadership. I have no employment other than Orange DAO so my personal finances are highly aligned to the success of the DAO. I have an MBA and a Masters in Electrical Engineering. My objective is to set Orange DAO up for success as we grow into a digital nation that moves web3 forward to benefit our entire community to achieve the goals of decentralization. I also have a firm grasp on the details of the workings of the DAO and the path we have taken to get where we are. My decisions are informed by the history of Orange DAO and the experiments we have completed, both technical and social.
