OIP-64: Orange Fund Mentorship Program

This proposal looks to create an optional active mentorship program for Orange Fund portfolio companies spanning 10 weeks. This will prove the value-add that Orange Fund can deliver to portfolio companies as well as enhance the likelihood of success of investments over time

Option 1: FOR Orange Fund Mentorship Program

You approve Orange Fund Mentorship Program in this proposal including $25K USDC for the program administrator and 120K $ORANGE for the mentors

Option 2: AGAINST Orange Fund Mentorship Program

You do not approve of the Orange Fund Mentorship Program as outlined in this proposal.
