Goal Strengthen and clarify DAO leadership (PCOM)
How (TLDR) Through a different PCOM structure: -replace the 3 separate committees we have today with just one PCOM consisting of 5 equal members (vs 9 today) -2 of those roles will be 20h per week and USDC + ORANGE compensated to execute PCOM decisions and run DAO operations -3 of those roles will be 5 to 10h per week and ORANGE compensated (like today) to ensure oversight and leadership
