I am currently serving on the Governance Committee and a GP of Orange Fund. I would like to continue to learn about the operations of Orange DAO and contribute to the work of the Treasury Committee to provide responsible guidance and getting tokens out to our community so that Orange DAO is a sustainable and equitable organization for all members.

I’m currently on Treasury and want to continue on for Season 1. My heart is in this 🧡. I led the Treasury on many cold start problems, incl. trxns of 3.7M $ORANGE to 230+ members, OIP-1, 2, 18, 29 and Fund 0 LP distro. Passionate about improving systems to pay contributors faster (currently leading Fast Track Comp. test), more equitably and transparency. Excited for new problems like treasury diversification, improving consistency and speed of compensation. Let’s keep it juicy Orange DAO!

I would like to apply my expertise to the Treasury Committee in order to make it the most robust DAO in the world and a leader in treasury management. Most immediately, we need an annual BUDGET! Kickstarted Treasury Committee, currently lead all revenue generating activities for Orange, closed $30M in L1 sponsorships, closing $50M Orange Fund for DAO, multisig signer for Fund and DAO.

I’m a bit newer to the DAO than others applying here, but I am excited to contribute further and get more deeply involved. My contribution so far has primarily involved working with the Portco Support Team. Relevant to this role, I set up the compensation accounting system for providing Portco support and the multisig to deliver $ORANGE in line with OIP-18 [as detailed here]. I am interested in supporting increased transparency of the DAO treasury through improving documentation and reporting.

I started contributing only for one month, where I’ve been supporting Orange Fund (and will continue to do so) by selling and creating deal flow. I am interested to continue to support the DAO in different ways. In my last company Valiu I had to deal with a lot of treasury risk management (between fiat and crypto), so hopefully that experience can be used by this team.
