OIP-010: Issue $ORANGE to each new DAO member (Orange DAO Starter Pack)

Goal: Make it possible for all DAO members to claim $ORANGE tokens as soon as they join.

Description: $ORANGE tokens, each representing one DAO vote, should be available to claim for future members who join the DAO as well as members who missed the Genesis Event of signing the charter before 11/21/2021.

It is in the best interest of the DAO to align all members at large by signing the charter and to motivate them to contribute in building the DAO, and enable them to engage in governance.

Setting up a process for ongoing distribution of $ORANGE tokens is an important step to ensure alignment and ownership. It’s worth noting that the bulk of governance tokens will be distributed within budgets for projects and other productive DAO activities — the initial allocation we provide to members in the following proposal simply ensures that all have a baseline of governance participation (i.e. the ability to vote).

Proposal:

VOTING OPTION A: An elegant formula: As a reward for completing steps to join the DAO and mint their YC Gem, new DAO members in each successive season, including Season 0, receive half the $ORANGE tokens compared to the previous season (or compared to Genesis Epoch in the case of Season 0) until a floor of 100 $ORANGE per new member is reached.

VOTING OPTION B: As a reward for completing steps to join the DAO and mint their YC Gem, new DAO members in each of Seasons 0, 1, and 2, receive 2000 $ORANGE. Future seasons to be decided by future proposal.
