I’m a member of the Venture Team. Besides evaluating inbound applicants for our fund, my major responsibility is to mobilize the Orange DAO to support our portfolio companies. I have been the major driver for the recent Venture Team initiatives including: monthly help request report, portco support 2.0 plan, talent portal, urgent help requests, portco activities tracking, portco listing, 1-on-1 portco onboarding calls, and outreach for our portcos. I am also experienced with team building which is crucial for a new organization like ours. I’m running because I believe the Programs Committee can play a crucial part in accelerating our portco support initiatives.

My Programs Committee Goals for Season 2:
- Plan to propose revenue producing products and services roll up to this committee to give them the technical and programmatic support they need.
- Work with the various teams and committees to identify internal product roadmaps that will help the DAO achieve our goals in Season 2 and beyond.
- Partner with Governance and Treasury Committees to operationalize the DAO around key mission and vision statements.
- I will ensure that this committee helps teams and committees know what to expect from the DAO in terms of technical resources, product management for both internal and public goods.
- Work with onboarding so people know where they can contribute.
- Establish best practices for all DAO users to contribute their skills, whether part time, on-demand, and for higher levels of commitment.

I have served on the onboarding subcommittee in season 1 where I redesigned the onboarding process such that any new member has to have an initial touchpoint to improve their likelihood of activating. I also just started spearheading the work on Starter Pack with the goal of generating more revenue in the future(through partnership money), and incentivizing more new members to engage early on. I have also hosted a couple of IRL events in NYC, and am driving a proposal right now to get us a physical space in NYC!
I am a builder at heart, and currently work on a product that powers multiple web3 discord communities. Through this, I do have a good sense of what other products, and tools exist in the ecosystem that we can leverage to automate aspects of our workflows.
My goals for season 2:
- Activate new members: Through onboarding work, I have realized a lot of members want to contribute but in its current form it feels overwhelming. I want to work with the onboarding team to create a consolidated view of active projects, and tasks where they can contribute. I want to empower project owners to mark tasks that new members can pick up.
- Clear process to fund new / existing projects: Put a system in place where we review new projects through a stage gate process to ensure we continue fund projects that work, and adjust resources when its not working
- Consistent short term project compensation process - any projects that want short term dev help will follow this process to engage an existing DAO member (or external member). We can also explore partnering with an agency that can provide us ad hoc development support.
