OIP-51: Compensation for DAO member helping construct merkle tree for Syndicate claim

Goal: Compensate DAO member for helping reconstruct recent Merkle Tree with Syndicate.

Description: This is a proposal to send 500 tokens to Orange DAO member Styro for helping reconstruct a merkle claim that we ultimately submitted to Syndicate to unblock the claim portal used by Genesis DAO members.

After our claim portal was disabled due to a syndicate error we had to reconstitute a list of all claims that were valid. To do this, Styro helped create a spreadsheet of all unclaimed transactions by comparing all claimed transactions (source: Etherscan) against all submitted transactions for Fund 0 LP claim and Genesis Claim.

Benefits: Styro helped unblock our Syndicate claim portal.

This proposal proves we’re interested in compensating each other for contributing in one-off, small projects.
