Swap all liquidity to BTC

Base on the actual situation of the crypto market, the focus of the DAO on ordinals and the approaching of BTC halving, this proposal is to swap, through a bridge, all the remaining liquidity of the DAO to native BTC. If possible, the address where the BTC will be store, has to be the same of all the ordinals owned by the DAO in order to have a better understanding of the treasury. Vote YES to swap to BTC, vote NO to keep the liquidity as it is.
