NUGP - An Expansion of Origin’s Governance Program

NUGP = Non-University Governance Program

Origin’s University Governance Program has been running for two years now. This proposal aims to expand the UGP to DAOs, crypto projects, clubs, and other non-university organizations to receive delegations of xOGN for the purpose of participating in Origin governance, supporting Origin proposals across other projects, and building relationships with the those actively building/participating in the web3 space.

I am suggesting the delegation amount start at the level equal to most current UGP participants.
