OIP#1 : create MATIC/LEG pool on quickswap

The LegDAO will create a MATIC/LEG pool on quickswap to allow new members to join the DAO and be able to vote.

Steps Required

1. Add MATIC into the DAO, this will represent your share of the DAO pool position.
2. once it passes, the DAO will create the pool.

Token initial price: 0.05 MATIC per LEG , 20 LEG per MATIC
