OTO DAO Vote to Verifiably Burn 90% of Early Investors Token

As discussed in the AMA (https://otodao.medium.com/oto-dao-ama-1-recap-ed8dd2fa7c0), the DAO’s earliest participants have come together to agree to verifiably burn a total of 90% of OTO’s total circulation. The effect of this burn will be to reduce the total circulation of OTO to 10 billion. The burn will start with these earliest participants sending their shares of the burn to a burn address. The burn will be done when the total amount of burn reaches 90 billion.
