CIP022: Moving CLAM/MAI LP to Dystopia

Dystopia has launched. We are one of the protocols that were airdropped a governance NFT, and we voted to have a CLAM/MAI LP added. You can see it here: https://www.dystopia.exchange/liquidity You have to search for CLAM and uncheck the "my deposits" lever to see the pair. I assume that will change when liquidity is added.

Either way, there are LM rewards attached to this pair based on how many votes are given to it in the same manner that votes in QiDAO vaults are handled. There is also the opportunity to lock our veNFT and DYST from Dystopia into the upcoming Penrose protocol (more on that in the future). This could be a lucrative avenue, likely moreso than TetuSwap. I believe there is also a good deal more (unconfirmed) upside over TetuSwap as well, as we basically know what we're getting with TS.

I know most of us voted for the TetuSwap migration because of $$$ and little else. This will likely be more $$$ with little in the way of additional downside, as I see it. DYST Emissions start on May 26, and they will be at their highest level ever for the first 2 months, so it will pay to move quickly on this.

Trading fees are only .05% but with a low-volume pair like CLAM/MAI, that loss is minimal compared to the DYST emissions we would receive, as well as being able to lock DYST in Penrose for additional yield (this is speculative at the moment but the breakdown as it stands now is quite attractive).
