CIP055 - Farm Thena on BSC

Thena (https://twitter.com/ThenaFi_) emissions will start on January 5 2023. It is a very well prepared Solidly fork on the Binance Smart Chain. They have prepared this for months, partnered with all the great protocols and already have a very good social media presence.

I believe that all these things (DEXes, Solidly forks etc.) trend down over time. But given the above, this one has the potential to be a more sustainable farm (like Velodrome).

This proposal is for moving $200k in stables currently sitting idle on Ethereum to the Binance Smart Chain in preparation of farming there. We can make the actual farming decisions last minute, where we choose from the below pre-defined strategies. The hedged sBNB (stader BNB) strategies are likely more sustainable than any stable strategy.

Hedged: sBNB/BNB or sBNB/BUSD Stables: All possible combinations between DAI, MAI, FRAX, BUSD, USDC, USDT (where I leave USD+ and DEUS stable out given their higher risk profile).

All rewards would be converted to stablecoins.
