CIP009 - Otterclam x Huobi Wallet Partnership

Summary Collaboration with Huobi Wallet for more visibility on their platform and participation in their Chinese New Year's event. Huobi Wallet has over a million users and is incredibly popular in China. A big number of potential traffic is moving towards Otterclam as a result of this year's most important Chinese event.

Proposal We plan to provide $20,000 in PEARL to Huobi Wallet (https://www.huobiwallet.com/en/) in exchange for being mentioned on their protocol and receiving marketing through Huobi Wallet's social media presence. Huobi Wallet would list us at the top of the hot search list, as well as the hot project rating. Huobi Wallet has over 72 thousand Twitter followers and 24 thousand Telegram users. Several events will be held in various formats, such as:

a. The user opens Huobi Wallet and goes to the Task Center b. Complete daily tasks to obtain corresponding points. The tasks will be set as follows: (The task type can be adjusted as needed) ● Join Otter Clam on Discord ● Follow Otter Clam on Twitter ● Visit the official website and add Otter Clam to the whitelist c. Get points to draw PEARL airdrop rewards

Completing these tasks will result in proportional incentives for the users. They can obtain a quantity of PEARL worth no more than $100 USDT per day.

What Huobi Wallet will provide in light of this collaboration:

1. Create posters, text, event pages, and banner advertisements for the event
2. At the conclusion of the event, distribute the prizes
3. During the event, show the pop-up window
4. During the event, send out push alerts
5. Keep the DApp created by the project team at the top of the hot search list
6. Maintain the project team's DApp as the top-ranked hot project
7. In Huobi Wallet, place the banner at the top of the webpage (in English)
8. Public relations and community guidance
9. Otterclam will be mentioned on Huobi Global's announcement page

What we would need to supply as Otterclam: a.) a $20,000 PEARL budget b.) test the Huobi Wallet's Dapp functionality with our protocol c.) do PR and guidance via Discord and Twitter
