QIP005: Dystopia Incentives Gauge (using Qi)

Welcome to the OtterClam Dystopia pair incentives gauge (Qi version)!

This is where we will vote every week on Dystopia's LP pairs through QiDAO, prior to the actual QiDAO vote. Based on how our PEARL holders vote, we will allocate OtterClam's Qi Powah in the same proportions. This is leveraging our Qi through QiDAO, and is separate from our DYST power on the same pairs, which is a separate vote.

As this is a vote that is conducted by QiDAO, we can only vote for the options that they list for voting. This includes any MAI or Qi pairs on Dystopia.

Voting will be rounded to the nearest 1% given a minimum required vote allocation of 1%. If an option does not have enough votes for a 1% allocation, its allocation will be evenly distributed among other options.

Our liquidity is currently split between CLAM/MAI and CLAM/USD+, so voting CLAM/MAI or MAI/USDC are most beneficial to the protocol. Just sayin...
