CIP007 - Purchase Sandbox Plot

Summary Acquire appreciating land plots and start working on our Otter Kingdom within Sandbox platform.

Proposal We are going to extract certain amount of funds from the DAO to buy a plot of land within Sandbox. The ideal area we need is a 3x3 (that is 9 plots) to be able to have a good amount of land in order to develop themed assets that will comprise our Otter Kingdom.

By doing this, we will be able to capitalize on metaverse gamification of blockchain technology that hundreds of other NFT, Crypto projects and brands are doing at the moment. That will also bring attention to OtterClam within the Sandbox platform and its ever increasing user base.

Once land is acquired, which is an appreciating asset, we will start working on developing the land into an Otter Kingdom themed metaverse world. It can include places to "chill" with other Otters, potentially some dueling/gaming areas, educational areas, questing areas and you will be able to explore lands/worlds of other projects within the platform as well.

Moreover, our long term plan is to create a mintable generative OtterVX NFT that will give people the required "character" to join the kingdom. On top of that, we will be creating assets for the OtterVX like cosmetics/wearables to customize your avatar/character and have your own identity within Sandbox and Otter Kingdom. The long term value, other than the the appreciating value of the plot which can be liquidated in the future should the DAO decides so, is to create a whole market within OtterClam of metaverse assets/NFTs for holders and also to market our project to the gamify/NFT "market" as it align with our OtterClam "fun and cute" theme. Some numbers:

Sandbox plots of land have gone up almost 15x-20x since summer to 6eth-7eth, now they are on a dip at 3 eth per plot and is quickly rising (3.185 at the time of writing this).

1. A 3x3 will be around 30eth to acquire.
2. By minting and OtterVX project we will be able to return a portion of these funds to the treasury.
3. We will be able to mint tiered "passes" for OtterVX before the development starts, with specific perks for early adopters that get you more value for your money compared to buying them on public mint/launch.
4. OtterClam created VX assets market and royalties will be an extra revenue for the treasury.
5. As additional future options, we can include the creation of a SAND/CLAM LP bond creation so we start adding SAND (Sandbox's native token) in the treasury. MATIC/SAND has the largest liquidity on polygon at the moment - 119Mil, so CLAM/SAND may get us some fees too.

Against - Do not incentive treasury funds for Sandbox land and Otter Kingdom metaverse development.
