Since the CIP026 has been completed yesterday, we could revisit the investment strategy of DYST. We did have CIP031 to pair MATIC with DYST. However, It has been a while and according to current status, it may not be the best options.

Here are some possible options:

Continue as planned (CIP031) to pair WMATIC with DYST and lock Qi in QiDAO - APR 485% currently
Convert and stake DYST on Penrose as penDYST - APR 744% currently
Convert to DYST/penDYST - APR 772% currently

NOTE If any other option besides Option #1 passes, CIP031 will be invalidated.
