CIP004 - Incentive QuickSwap Syrup

Summary Incentivize QuickSwap Syrup in exchange of dQUICK liquidity mining of our CLAM/MAI LP.

Proposal We are going to extract certain amount of CLAMs from the DAO to QuickSwap Syrup in exchange the liquidity mining of dQUICK. The CLAMs sent to QuickSwap Syrup will be reward to the dQUICK holder in different range based on the amount.

This won't increase circulating supply of CLAMs. QuickSwap Syrup will distribute the CLAM over 30 days ~ 90 days, so we expect this won't create the sell pressure in short term.

By doing this, we will be able to whitelist our CLAM token on QuickSwap and increase the utility of CLAM.

The higher incentive will result in a higher APY of LP liquidity mining.

Vote The options will be:

1. Incentivize $200k worth CLAMs on QuickSwap Syrup to exchange $100k dQUICK reward. The reward will be distributed in 90 days.
2. Incentivize $100k worth CLAMs on QuickSwap Syrup to exchange $50k dQUICK reward. The reward will be distributed in 60 days.
3. Incentivize $50k worth CLAMs on QuickSwap Syrup to exchange $25k dQUICK reward. The reward will be distributed in 30 days.
4. Do not incentive CLAMs on QuickSwap Syrup.
