DIP005 - Dystopia Incentives Gauge Using PEN

Welcome to the OtterClam Dystopia pair incentives gauge (DYST/PEN version)!

This is where we will vote every week on Dystopia's LP pairs. Based on how our PEARL holders vote, we will allocate OtterClam's PEN power in the same proportions. This is leveraging our PEN governance power on Penrose, and is separate from our Qi Powah on some of the same pairs, which is a separate vote (but gives you the chance to "double vote" for those pairs!).

All whitelisted Dystopia LP pairs are listed in the weekly OC vote.

This vote will held weekly (Dystopia voting is on Thursday).

Voting will be rounded to the nearest 1% given a minimum required vote allocation of 1%. If an option does not have enough votes for a 1% allocation, its allocation will be evenly distributed among other options.
