Let's stop with buyback to accumulate CVX or AURA for the protocol

Summary

Enter a short 1-3 sentence summary of the proposal, tl;dr version of what follows Since the beginning of the year, we have accumulated 14833.221542 OUSD for the buyback. This amount doesn't move the needle nor create buy pressure for OGV. I believe these funds would be better used to buy CVX or AURA to benefit the protocol strategies.

Motivation

While looking at our backlog, one task was automating the buyback process. This made me examine how much buy pressure we generate and whether the current manual work is worth the process.

Goals

Accumulate more CVX or AURA tokens.
